Inspired by Samina. The name DazzleSafe exists because of her.

Samina is the sister of our founder. She lives with epilepsy — and she is the reason DazzleSafe™ exists. The name itself was inspired by her. She wears it happily all day long, sometimes even sleeps with it on, and more often than not, she picks the colour that matches her dress.

Her sister Ashrafunnisa has stood by her through every fall, every seizure, every moment of fear. When they couldn’t find a helmet Samina would actually wear — they found DazzleSafe™.

product expertise.

Faizur Rehman Faruqui brings over 25 years of global product execution — including compliance management for Target Corporation USA (TCPS), international sourcing across USA and European markets, and the founding of the Dazzle brand in 2013. He incorporated Neurocare Technology Pvt. Ltd. in March 2026 to commercialise a product he had been developing for years: a protective helmet that neurological patients would actually wear.

His founding insight was not clinical — it was observational. Having worked with manufacturing, compliance, and product design at scale, he understood that the problem with existing protective headgear was not the protection. It was the design. Weight, stigma, thermal discomfort, and poor aesthetics were driving abandonment. DazzleSafe™ was engineered to solve all four simultaneously.
