The Problem We Solve

The Compliance Gap —
protection that is never worn.

Clinical data consistently shows that 70–80% of patients prescribed traditional protective headgear abandon it within weeks. The protection exists. The adoption does not. This is the compliance gap — and it is the fundamental unmet need in neurological patient safety globally.

The Compliance Gap Explained

Why existing helmets fail.
Why DazzleSafe™ works.

Traditional Protective Helmets
250–500g weight — fatigue, headache, heat after 30 minutes
Rigid shell design — obvious medical appearance drives social stigma
No NABL-accredited Indian testing — compliance claimed, not proved
₹8,000–₹15,000 price range — inaccessible to most Indian families
No CDSCO registration — not a regulated medical device in India
Thermally unsuitable for Indian climate — overheating triggers abandonment
Result: 70–80% abandonment within weeks (documented clinical observation)
DazzleSafe™ DH101
139g — lighter than a smartphone. No fatigue. All-day wearable.
Sportswear-inspired aesthetic — non-stigmatising. Patients accept it.
88.1% impact attenuation — NABL Accredited Lab verified, ASTM F1446
₹1,999 MRP — accessible to middle-income India without compromise
CDSCO Class A registered — India's only regulated soft protective helmet
3D breathable mesh — designed for Indian climate and extended wear
Result: 62.5% voluntary wear compliance in structured real-world evaluation
Engineering Philosophy

Compliance-first
design methodology.

DazzleSafe™ was engineered from the inside out — every material choice, weight target, aesthetic decision, and structural parameter was made in service of one primary objective: maximising the probability that the patient will choose to wear it consistently.

⚖️
Weight Engineering
Target weight of 139g — achieved through EVA foam optimisation and 3D mesh construction. Clinical literature indicates that headgear above 200g significantly increases abandonment. DazzleSafe is 3–4× lighter than any comparable product.
👁️
Stigma Reduction Design
The DH101 profile was developed to be indistinguishable from functional sportswear in most social contexts — removing the primary psychosocial barrier to adoption. Patent Application 202641003162 covers this compliance-optimised aesthetic architecture.
🌡️
Thermal Management
3D ventilated polyester mesh allows continuous airflow across the skull surface — preventing the thermal discomfort that drives abandonment of closed-shell helmets in India's climate. No hygroscopic foam layers that degrade with perspiration.
🔩
Retention Engineering
483N strap retention force — independently tensile tested. The chin strap must maintain position during a tonic-clonic seizure fall or sudden loss of balance. This is not an assumption — it is a verified performance parameter.
🧪
Biocompatibility
pH 6.5 skin safety, formaldehyde-free, azo dye-free — validated at NABL accredited laboratory. DazzleSafe™ is designed for continuous skin contact on paediatric, elderly, and chemotherapy-affected scalps.
🔄
Durability Architecture
EVA foam with hydrophobic resilience maintains dimensional stability through repeated wash cycles. One verified unit in continuous daily use for 2+ years across multiple fall events — zero structural failure documented.
